ipocaloriche)<\/li>\n<li>diete ad elevato consumo di un nutriente, ad esempio le proteine (diete iperproteiche)<\/li>\n<li>diete di esclusione, basate sull&#8217;eliminazione di un cibo, o di una categoria di alimenti, ritenuti dannosi per una determinata persona<\/li>\n<li>diete basate sulla scelta e combinazione, equilibrata, di cibi acidi e cibi alcalini (dieta macrobiotica)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Escludendo o riducendo alcuni alimenti, molte diete, se non condotte in modo adeguato, possono creare squilibri o carenze di sostanze nutritive con relativi
